Spencer traction/immobilization splint systems are built to immobilize suspected fractures of the femur, ease pain and prevent damage to the tendons, vascular and muscular tissues. Our systems are easy to apply and use: their traction mechanism re-aligns teh fractured femur into the correct position, restoring pressure of the tissues back to the traumatized leg.
